Brand tier and local support. Established names with a real Philippine distributor and an honoured warranty sit at the upper end. The cheapest imports often carry a warranty that is technically valid and practically difficult to claim from here.

Installation complexity. A battery needs its own protection, a suitable mounting location, ventilation, and cable runs sized for the current. A tidy install near the inverter is cheap; a pack in a separate room is not.
