The row that surprises people is the third one. A plain grid-tied system shuts down during a brownout, even at noon in full sun. That is deliberate and required — it stops your panels backfeeding a line that utility crews may be working on. Buy grid-tied now, add storage later: you pay ₱25,000-50,000 for the grid-tied unit, then when you want a battery you either add a separate battery inverter or replace the unit entirely. Either way you are spending most of that original amount a second time.
Buy hybrid now, add the battery later: you pay the ₱20,000-45,000 premium once. The inverter runs as a normal grid-tied unit in the meantime, exporting surplus under net metering exactly as it would have. When you are ready, the battery connects to a port that is already there.
If there is a real chance you will want storage, the hybrid premium is one of the better-value decisions in a solar build. What the inverter does not include
Two things routinely get conflated in quotes:

Backup wiring is separate. To actually run loads during an outage, the circuits you want backed up usually need to be moved onto a dedicated essential loads panel. That is electrician work, and it belongs in the quote rather than in a conversation on installation day.
How long will it last?
Inverters of any type are commonly warranted 5-10 years, well short of the 25-year working life of the panels. Whatever you buy, the inverter is the component most likely to need replacing partway through the system’s life, and hybrids carry more electronics than plain string units.
