The channels: IAN Solar and Semper Green Energy

Two named parties bring Pylontech into the Philippines.

IAN Solar is the distributor most installers deal with day to day. Its Facebook page — active, 55,000 followers, posting within the last day when we checked — states it is “Distributor of Solis, JA, Jinko, Dyness, Pylontech, Projoy, Suntree, and Joca in the Philippines,” with a head office at 490 EDSA, East Grace Park, Caloocan City, and branches in Iloilo, Bohol and elsewhere. It also runs IAN Solar review territory: importing for dealers and installers rather than selling direct to homeowners.

Worth flagging plainly: iansolar.ph is a parked GoDaddy domain as of August 2026, and the iansolar.com address listed on IAN Solar’s own Facebook page did not resolve for us either. The business is real and active — the Facebook page posts current company announcements — but its website presence has lapsed. Confirm you’re dealing with the actual company (through Facebook or a phone number an installer can verify) before sending money anywhere.

Semper Green Energy Inc, based in Batangas, is the second channel. Our Pylontech review names it as the brand’s primary Philippine importer. We independently confirmed Semper Green Energy Inc as a currently authorized Victron Energy distributor on Victron’s own dealer locator (checked August 2026), listed at San Miguel Road, San Miguel, Padre Garcia, Batangas, with contact sempergreenenergyinc@gmail.com and +63 977 810 6943. That confirms the company is real and currently operating a distribution business, though we could not independently re-confirm Pylontech specifically on a live page of theirs — their web domains connected to the “PhilSolar” name they’ve historically used are expired or unreachable. Ask them directly to confirm current Pylontech stock.

How to actually buy it

You don’t buy from either company directly as a retail walk-in in most cases — both supply dealers and installers. In practice:

1. Ask your installer which channel they source from. Most Metro Manila and Cebu installers who quote Pylontech buy through IAN Solar, simply because of how long it’s been in the market.
2. Contact IAN Solar or Semper Green Energy directly if you want to verify a quote’s origin, using the contact details above.

The warranty path, concretely

Pylontech’s own warranty terms vary by series and model year — the review found figures ranging from 5-year product with a 10-year performance clause, to 7-year product coverage on newer US-series units. Neither IAN Solar nor Semper Green Energy publishes a claims procedure online, so before paying:

• Get the specific warranty term for the exact model you’re buying, in writing, not a general “Pylontech is warrantied” assurance.
• Confirm which party handles a claim — the distributor, or your installer acting on your behalf.
• Ask whether the serial number is registered at point of sale, and get that confirmation in writing.

Grey-market risk

Pylontech is popular enough in the Philippines that grey-market and secondhand modules circulate, particularly individual US2000C/US3000C units sold outside an installer relationship. A grey-imported module may be genuine hardware with no local warranty recognition at all. Buying through an installer who sources from IAN Solar or Semper Green Energy, and asking them to show that relationship, is the practical protection. Both IAN Solar and Semper Green Energy are real, currently active Philippine businesses — verified through Facebook and Victron’s own dealer records respectively in August 2026 — but neither has a working retail website with published warranty terms at the moment.
