These terms govern your use of GoSolar PH ("we", "us", "the site"). By using the site or submitting a quote request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What GoSolar PH does

We publish solar pricing information, guides, and reviews for homeowners in the Philippines, and we match people who request quotes with third-party solar installers. We are not a solar installer and we do not sell, install, or service solar equipment ourselves.

Estimates are not quotes

All prices, system sizes, savings, and payback figures on the site — including anything the calculator or estimator produces — are estimates for general guidance only. They are based on typical figures and assumptions and are not an offer, a quotation, or a guarantee. Your actual price and results depend on your roof, electricity use, chosen brand, and installer. Always rely on a written quote from an installer before making a decision.

Installer matching

When you submit a quote request, we may share your details with one or more partner installers so they can contact you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any contract, installation, warranty, or after-sales service is strictly between you and the installer. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the installers' work, pricing, conduct, or the products they supply. We do not endorse or guarantee any specific installer.

Affiliate links

Some pages, including our backup-power guides, contain affiliate links to third-party retailers such as the EcoFlow official store, Shopee, and Lazada. If you buy through these links we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not control those retailers' prices, stock, or policies — always confirm the current price and terms on the retailer's page before purchasing.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep pricing, incentives, and rules accurate and up to date, and we show when pages were last updated. Even so, information may change or contain errors. We provide the site on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, and you use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GoSolar PH is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from reliance on any estimate or information here, or from your dealings with any installer or retailer you find through us.

Intellectual property

The content on this site (text, layout, and branding) is owned by GoSolar PH. You may read and share links to it, but you may not copy or republish it substantially without our permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
