What First Solar actually makes

That doesn’t rule out the possibility that First Solar modules have gone into a utility project here through a project-specific procurement deal — large solar farms source globally and don’t always publicize every supplier — but for a homeowner shopping for a rooftop system, there is no verifiable path to buying First Solar panels in the Philippines today.
