Zendure Review (Philippines): Real Local Channel, But It's Not a Classic Power Station
Zendure clears the channel bar we use across this category — it runs an
official, LazMall-badged store on Lazada Philippines
(lazada.com.ph/shop/zendure-philippines/). But before recommending it for
the same job as an EcoFlow or a Bluetti, it’s worth being direct about what
Zendure actually sells, because it is not quite the same product category.
This is mostly balcony solar storage, not a portable brownout box
Zendure’s core lineup is SolarFlow — AC-coupled battery systems built around solar input, designed to sit semi-permanently near a balcony or outdoor solar setup and feed power back into the home circuit, plus the Ace 1500, which is closer to a conventional portable power station. That is a meaningfully different job than the EcoFlow DELTA or Bluetti Elite lines, which you unplug, carry to wherever the outage is, and run appliances directly off.
If what you want is a unit you can move room to room during a brownout, Zendure’s SolarFlow products are not really built for that use case, even though they do function as battery storage. The Ace 1500 is the model closer to what most readers mean by “power station.”

Warranty and claims
Zendure’s stated warranties are unusually long for this category: the SolarFlow line runs 10 years on most models (12 years on the 800 series), and the Ace 1500 is covered for 5 years. That is well above the 1-2 year terms common elsewhere in this batch.
The claims process itself is a standard RMA: submit through Zendure’s support portal or app, get a return authorisation number, and ship the unit back for inspection and repair or replacement. We found no evidence of a Philippine service centre — the process appears to route through Zendure’s regional support regardless of where you bought it, even though the storefront itself is local.
What this actually runs
For the Ace 1500, treating it as roughly comparable to other ~1.5 kWh units in this category: a 150 W refrigerator cycling at roughly 40% duty averages about 60 W, so 1.5 kWh gets you very roughly 25 hours of fridge-only runtime — a rough planning figure, since we could not confirm the Ace 1500’s exact capacity. For the SolarFlow line, the more relevant comparison isn’t brownout runtime at all — it’s ongoing bill offset from stored solar, a different job than emergency backup.
None of these are whole-house backup, and none run an aircon for any useful stretch.
