ALLPOWERS Power Station Review (Philippines): A Manila Warehouse and a Real Local Site

ALLPOWERS is a portable power brand that has done something almost no other brand in this category has bothered with: it runs a dedicated Philippine storefront, allpowers.ph, with its own warehouse in Manila rather than relying only on a marketplace listing. That is a meaningfully stronger setup than most of the brands we cover in this category.

Local availability — the strongest part of this review

allpowers.ph states it ships from a Manila warehouse, with delivery in 2-5 days, 30-day returns, and a support desk (service@allpowers.ph) staffed Monday to Friday, 9 AM-5 PM Philippine time. ALLPOWERS also runs a LazMall store on Lazada Philippines, which we confirmed carries the LazMall badge — Lazada’s tier for verified-official brand stores, not third-party resellers.

That combination, a brand-run local site with local stock plus a LazMall presence, is the strongest local channel we found across this batch of brands. It means a warranty claim goes to a desk that is actually answering email in Philippine business hours, not an overseas RMA queue.

All four are LiFePO4. ALLPOWERS states the R2500 is rated for over 3,500 cycles to 80% capacity, and the range is expandable up to roughly 20 kWh with the separate B3000 battery pack if you want to scale a unit up rather than buy bigger from the start.

Pass-through and UPS behaviour

The R2500 supports UPS-style pass-through: while plugged into the wall, it passes grid power straight to connected devices, and switches to battery on an outage. ALLPOWERS documents this switchover at roughly 10-15 milliseconds, fast enough that a router, a laptop, or a fan does not notice the gap, though sensitive electronics under UPS mode are capped at 1,500 W because a standard household outlet is limited to 15 A.

What this actually runs during a brownout

Take the R2500 at 2,016 Wh. A 150 W refrigerator cycling at roughly 40% duty draws about 60 W on average, so 2,016 Wh gets you very roughly 30+ hours of fridge-only runtime — a full rotational brownout with margin to spare, if the fridge is the only thing on it. Add fans, lights, a router and phone charging and that number drops; treat it as a rough planning figure, not a guarantee, since real appliances and ambient heat both move the math. The smaller R600 and P300 units are sized for lights, fans, phones and a router, not a fridge overnight.

None of these units are whole-house backup, and none should be expected to run an aircon for any useful stretch — that needs a fixed battery on a hybrid inverter, not a portable unit.

What it costs

Portable power stations in the Philippines run roughly ₱48,000-60,000 per kWh of capacity as a category — see the battery price guide. The R2500 at ₱60,990 for 2,016 Wh lands close to the middle of that band; the smaller units are cheap in absolute peso terms mostly because they are small, the same pattern we see across this category.

Where it falls short

• Documentation is thinner than EcoFlow or Bluetti. ALLPOWERS is not a household name here yet, and independent Philippine reviews of the local site specifically are still sparse.
• 5-year warranty is solid but not exceptional against the category — Segway and Fossibot also claim 5 years, and Zendure’s fixed SolarFlow line claims considerably longer.
• Mid-size gap. The jump from the 1,056 Wh R1500 Lite to the 2,016 Wh R2500 is large; buyers who want something in between will need the expansion battery route.

Who it’s best for

Buyers who want a plug-and-play brownout box with a local warranty desk and don’t want to gamble on a marketplace reseller. The Manila warehouse and LazMall badge are a genuinely stronger local setup than most brands in this category manage, and the LiFePO4 chemistry across the whole range means you are not trading capacity for cycle life the way some cheaper competitor lines do.
