Afore New Energy Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a Chinese manufacturer of grid-tied string inverters, hybrid inverters and storage inverters, marketing itself internationally as Afore Energy. The company has an active global presence — it lists solutions and products through its own site, and third- party industry directories describe more than a decade of operating history. None of that told us whether a Filipino homeowner can actually buy one.
What we found — and what it isn’t
The only Philippines-specific mention we could locate came from a single independent Philippine solar blog (SolarLab), which published a general product review of Afore inverters. That page does not name a Philippine distributor, dealer, or seller, and does not state that SolarLab itself sells or installs the brand — it reads as general product coverage, not evidence of a local supply channel.
We found no Afore-branded official store on Lazada or Shopee Philippines, no named Philippine distributor on Afore’s own site, and no local installer publicly advertising the brand.
